I really don't understand the arguments by the government. What would consumers stand to lose if MS bundles every utitilty we need into the OS without additional charges. Otherwise, we'll have to spend money to buy all those utilities like memory management, HD defragamenter, and etc.. Personally I like Netscape better than Internet Explorer, because I feel Netscape is faster. However, if MS doesn't bundle its Internet Explorer for us to start with, what tool can I use to download Netscape for free? Or do I have to pay Netscape to send me the browser on the CD?
