Bill,

OK, so we didn't stabilize at $6, but it can get better, and here are my latest thoughts on OAOT:

First, here is what OAOT has going for it:
- 1600 employees
- 18 offices, with room to expand more overseas

That's more than half the employees of CATP, and almost half as many offices. So, why isn't OAOT the next CATP (yet)?

I believe it stems from the corporate culture there:
- they are used to dealing with the government and very large corporate clients
- their parent company is private, and apparently does not want to be public

This attitude can be seen (as others have pointed out) in the way "investor relations" handled the earnings release, and in the communications coming from OAOT. I believe these will get better, as their web site has gotten a lot better.

It won't be long before they get with the program, and then we'll see the expansion into the high-margin businesses, added to the stability of the large contracts. (IMHO)
