Well Peter, as I understand the government's demand...they are asking that MSFT be forced to ship NN with their Windows program...I guess Netscape is "Shipper Challenged" or they are privileged because they have 60% of the browser market. Maybe someone in Russia has an idea how this method of government thinking works.
