Actually,

Management "split" to Jamaica for Memorial Day weekend.

I think they are smoking Ganja over there.

Or how about this MANU announced 2 for 1 split back on May 9, 1997.
It was executed today. ;-)

Manugistics Group Cut to 'Hold' at Prudential

US) was downgraded to ''hold'' from ''buy'' by analyst Douglas J. Crook at
Prudential Securities.

Gibson sold 45,000 shares on April 2 and April 3 for about
$60 a share, reaping about $2.7 million and leaving him with 5.34
million shares, according to the Washington Service, which tracks
insider trading. Manugistics' chief financial officer, Peter
Repetti, sold 3,616 shares for $210,632, disposing of more than
two-thirds of his holdings.

Manugistics officials weren't immediately available to
comment on the sales, which were made in the two weeks after the
company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter earnings.
