John,
I have similar concerns. Arif apparently still owns a ton of shares and each time he issues some shares he apparently received an equal amount so that he still controls the company. (maybe)

I don't know if that's true but when the share count was 24 million and the float was 10 million he didn't own that many shares. What has Arif done to allow him to issue all the shares if he has issued them to himself?

The new accounting firm is supposed to be able to answer these questions until the new CFO takes charge (but that will be a while). I would like to see the total shares reduced dramatically.

All is not well on the FAMH front, but it may be getting better.

Looking for accountability. leroyt
