OB, I wish FAMH had issued about 6 million shares to buy three companies (including Myriad) and borrowed cash without issuing lots of stock. The share count would be 30 millions shares with debt to be repaid from continuing operations. I don't know how or why we got to 70 million shares! If the difference is generated by a loan program priced at 0.30 to 0.40 cents a share ... well, eventually, the share price will be stuck at the level! later, leroyt
