Heh, Mr. Rogers. Not to rain on your parade, but......
.... lets get the facts straight. Many gun manufacturers have investigated LOCK's product and concluded that it is unreliable and overly expensive. Why do you think LOCK has failed to achieve an OEM contract with a single manufacturer? There are published reports wherein gun lock experts have concluded that LOCK makes an inferior product.
On the other hand, Smith and Wesson and Masterlock, to name just two of the larger, well-financed and regarded companies, have products that cost a tiny fraction of what the Saf-t-lock costs and which work well.
This company does not have a chance of selling the Saf-t-lok in any meaningful numbers. Frankly, I don't think they have any intention of doing that anyway. This company has 7 employees and spends most of its time issuing press releases and hyping its stock, which sells at an non-credible multiple to financial reality. I believe this is just another classic pump and dump stock scam, and there is much evidence to back this up. Just look at the SEC filings for the past year--the Reg S financings, the stock promoters, the stock consideration that went to the PR firm and the "distributors" for the product, who appear to be the same people holding cheap stock from the Reg-S financings last year! This thing stinks bad.
By the way, anybody aware of the negative press about this company in various publications over the past year, ranging from the Wall Street Journal to the Palm Beach Post to The Stock Detective? |
