Joshua, I'm not share holder but just looked at the company as a dead cat can bounce play. I think BOBE will be around a long time and will recover once they get back to their basics. I could not tell where you lived, I am in Ohio and close to the Columbus market which is often used to do demographic studies for such businesses. Bob put in his first mini-restaurant two years ago in our town of 11,000; last year they added another 30 seats since it was too small. Cantina del Rio was a big hit in Columbus and served food 10x better than Chi-Chi's but for some reason they closed it up! I think there is a lot of money to be made with a liquor licencse and still can't figure what happened. I think their move into salads was a mistake and I think the high hog prices are killing them. Don't know if "health consciouseness is really a big issue, the old people have all the money and will continue to eat their regardless...plus the menu is loaded with specials for seniors. Local Sunday magazine section from the Cleveland Plain Dealer three months ago outlined the problems with the family and the need to get Bob back at the helm and to cool his brother off. My local broker is Ed Jones and they have a slew of farmers and older clients in the stock and they are all pissed off because they no longer are getting stock splits and divi increases. Bottom line as I see it: stock is a cheap play that will rebound and will always be there. At this point there are too many eateries to select from but I personally have seen no deteriation in their food and eat there at least three times a month with my wife(egg beaters, salads, and hot turkey if I splurge). I look for several points in movement and then I will sell, just playing it short term. Happy Investing Aaron
