TGW, I also agree with you here. You said...

"Does anyone have any solid facts, balance sheet, salary of the officers, cash flow, number of shares owned by the officers? How much money has the company made in 1997 and so far in 1998? Anyone actually read a contract that GLOW has signed with anyone? Anyone have access to company information of any of the subsidiaries that they supposedly own??? lets face it we are speculators not investors if we have bought
into this company on the information we all have access too."

You are ABSOLUTELY right! We ARE speculators! When you buy shares of a company at about 40› it IS risky. But that's exactly WHY the share price is this low.

As GLOW puts all the pieces together, AND provided those pieces form a picture in accordance with what they have claimed, the price of the stock will rise accordingly.

I think anybody that buys shares of OTC:BB companies should be aware that the large potential benefits ALSO carry a large potential risk.

As for me, I try to sift out the companies that I believe have the strongest "undiscovered" potential. And I recognize that for a good OTC:BB company to become successful, they also need to communicate well enough with shareholders to deserve shareholder understanding and support for what the company is doing.

I communicate with the company a lot. I ask the questions that are important to me. If they answer my questions to my satisfaction, I will consider looking more closely at their company. If they won't answer my questions (within reason), I move on to the next company.

I have been pleasantly impressed with GLOW and with the management. That's why I bought shares. I do my own analysis based on what I can find out.

TGW, if I am understanding you correctly, I'd say that we both agree that OTC:BB is NOT the place for people that don't understand business, the OTC:BB market, and how businesses develop.

I don't always pick 'em right. But sometimes I do. And the more I learn about GLOW, the better I like it.

Hopefully, we will all have the answers to all the questions you mentioned. Because that will mean that GLOW has performed well and will probably be nearing a NASDAQ listing. I'm all for that.

Best wishes,
Brad
