Mel,

The FAX from last night said that it was slightly different:

"There are 70 Million shares issued
46 Million shares are restricted stock
24 Million shares are in the Float"

My personal guess is that Arif owns just over 35 million.

I guess about 4 mill were given for the two acquisitions (Delaware and Myriad).

Personally, I think John Fairbanks statements about where the shares are is probably accurate.

Doesn't look to good to me.
