ATS Money board oks shr buyback plan ENGLEWOOD, N.J., May 22 (Reuters) - ATS Money Systems Inc. said Friday its board authorized the repurchase of up to 500,000 shares of its common stock. The company said it will buy its stock from time to time depending on share prices and market conditions. ATS Money said it believes its stock is undervalued and current market conditions offer it an opportunity to repurchase shares with its excess cash. The company has about 5.8 million shares outstanding, of which, 40 percent is held by directors and executive officers, it said.
