Laz, I see your point. But our paper worth in this stock has suffered seriously just this week. Now, my friend, is the time for action. The market hasn't been, and won't in the near future, cut this mgt. any slack. That means our investment is under pressure.
My main point is, now is the time for demonstrative action that will have immediate impact--repair the hemorage. In view of the last few weeks, it is definitely not enough, as Mr. Malinoff said yesterday, that mgt. is going to forget acquisitions and focus on the core business productivity. They need to reduce the OS and float because the increase significantly diluted forward EPS. Can anyone seriously disagree with that statement?
I have a good sized stake in FAMH and, thus, a real troubling hemorage myself, if you get the drift of my self-interest.
