Hi Jim. I came back in town this afternoon. We ended up staying a day longer but got a lot done. Phoenix was much cooler than I expected. What's been happening in the last 3 days? Somebody needs to fill me in. I had no access to the web in the last 3 days. INTC is way down, ADI is close to its 52-wk low(I knew something was wrong with this one last week), NT is way up??? I heard about MANU today but why did PSFT get hit? Wow! Back to 42. It is unusally weak. Was INTC downgraded again? I saw ADI missing. I had privacy on the plane on Wed morning so I called to get a quote on DELL to see if my stop-loss @ 89-1/2 was hit. I couldn't believe hearing that DELL was @ 95-3/4, AOL @ 88, TXN @ 58-1/2, LSCC at 44-3/4, BMCS at 47.....!!! Couldn't refuse not get out of my longs. What happened on Wed morning? What hyped DELL and NAZ up at the open? Do you remember? DELL didn't deliver(didn't meet one of my two conditions) but still opened up??? I remember it was at 91 the night before. I missed trading in the last couple of days. Want to get back in next week. I am thinking of opening a thread just for the purpose of day/short-term trading. What do you think? I have said this before: NAZ looks exactly like last Feb-April with DOW holding up well and NAZ testing its short-term support over & over. Last year, it tested 1200 five times before taking off. NAZ is holding up well, considering DELL, ADI, MANU. When is the next FOMC meeting? End of June? Clint
