I think that is true of many stocks, but I think money is sneaking into the blue chips- a la Jim's theory of the money moving from illiquid to liquid stocks (I hope I got that right, Jim). Or the way Favors puts it that selected blue chips will continue to do well (if his scenario is played out, and they will do it over a broadly unhealthy market).
