Wes, I have mixed feelings. I cannot help but believe jettisoning JL can be anything else but good for the stock price. On the other hand, I feel that JL might be right about Select Switch, i.e., that it's worth keeping. Sounds like JV wants to sell SSI to Dennis Casey, take about $18 million in cash and start over in a different business. Question for all AirStar shareholders: Do we want SSI and to move forward with the present business (with all its shortcomings and possibilities)? Or do we want a shell, essentially debt free, with approx. $18 million in cash? Another question: If AirStar has fired FIG, how do we now get in touch with AirStar? TJS
