First of all, this Board of Directors has better things to do with their time than to create a poison pill just to leave an impression of something that they don't anticipate happening. Boards just don't do that. I'm glad, as an investor, that this board has had the foresight to protect us.
Both Mike and I have tried to let you friends know that a company in this position makes for a target. Will it happen? While there are a lot of rumors to that effect, no one knows but the powers that be.
As to the revenues and profit issue from the product, my information from the company is that they are daily responding to sales inquiries. So much so, that they are having a difficult time keeping up. Certainly not all those inquiries lead to big contracts immediately, but friends, these folks are certainly planting the right seeds.
The low volume and price drop in the last few days has many scared. Certainly many weak hands have been shook out. I don't mean this critically. As we have discussed on this board frequently, these kinds of investments are not for everyone. It takes commitment to the company and a willingness to be patient. Holding for two months is not a long time. If you are a trader, then yes it is. But this stock isn't a daytrading stock as a rule.
I'm going to leave a few of these issues for Mike to address because he does so with perhaps a better understanding than I have. I'm not well versed in patents other than to refer you to an earlier post where I addressed a time frame that would be possible.
The lawsuit filed against ADRX is certainly not their first. They have quite a history of this. And it won't be the last one either. MDIX has every reason in the world to file that suit. I cannot address whether or not it has happened, because I do not know.
I'm not questioning the ability of BANH to complete this sale. Mr Yeros is astute enough that he wouldn't just sell off that branch of the company to someone who didn't already have a plan to complete it. I think perhaps some of these comments have been made out of fear.
And fear is understandable as the action of the past few days has not been encouraging. BUT, I encourage you to maintain the faith so many have eloquently expressed. These are the times when faith becomes difficult. Faith in the unseen takes time to develop.
I am very confident that our management team, while right now appearing rather silent, is not planning some kind of funeral service. I believe that they are planning and executing those plans in a fashion whereby we all can benefit. And in due time we will know what they are. Why am I not more specific? Because I don't have the information that allows me to be.
Friends, I do believe our reward is awaiting us. As someone who is very dear and special to me said recently, "this will all work out. Things always do." Its from this that I draw my strength and faith in our company. Our management team IS a team that is proactive, concerned about us as shareholders, and visionary.
For those who feel that they need to get out, then I encourage you to follow your hearts. No one can tell you to hold or buy. Those are individual decisions. If you made that decision to buy, sell, or hold this company based solely on something you read here or received in an email or a chat room, then you did it for the wrong reasons. If you researched the company (and that involves MORE than reading the message boards) and found that it fit your investing style and that it had a product you could believe in and believed in its future, then I need to ask you what has changed.
