No, Bolivia is not, coruption yes terrorist no. It is about the same as Venzuela play by there game and everything will be alright. Columbia kiss you butt good bye. Bolivia this MINE just might work with Nationals involved with every aspect of the operation. All higher ups will want a piece of the pie but that is standard. So if management plays by the South American rules this just might work.
