Steve1, You don't know insider trading rules if you think you have to say the earnings are going to be .12849384558684594933 per share. Just an indication that they are better than expected from an insider that knows the number is insider information. Also Ira stated the earnings for 1997 were .1085, then he said they were better than that. Arif says they are better than that also. They know the numbers. They don't HAVE to be initially announced by EDGAR. IMO all this SEC stuff is just another ploy to string you along. As I watch the price continue its downward spiral, I would say more investors are coming to the conclusion that THIS company is not a hot stock in a hot industry.
