TKA; I received my proxy & Annual Report from my brokerage, where my shares are held. I suppose that your brokerage "could" vote your shares for you, unless you request the proxy, but it has been my experience that they send proxy material to the shareholder. It might be best to give them a call, and request the material, just in case. >>>BTW, I still have not received my proxy. Did yours come direct from AB&G or through some third party that I would need to contact to see what the hang-up is?<<< Dave
