I can agree with some kind of broad action like that. Where there may be problems is if the DOJ insists on dictating minute detail of what MSFT must do. Witness the last court order which told MSFT to remove all files that ship with Explorer. Well that included update of some files that were needed for W95 normal operation. What the court order did was tell MSFT to break the operating system. MSFT happily complied with one of there undesirable options.
