Still no sign with the stock trading pattern that anyone should be buying now. I would rather be buying on the trend up, than on the trend down. Even looking back on the NRT chart, once NRT started its upward momentum move around .90, it never stalled until EXCELLENT news was released? Why is that? Because someone needs to sell a huge amount of shares into the volume and start buying back later, at lower prices. I am still waiting for that re-entry point.

The real way to create wealth is to buy low and sell higher.

Warren Buffet never made his billions by buying companies like Nortran. He made it buying real companies with real products. Nortran has a way to go yet and is still speculative. As such, it should be traded like a speculative stock. The insiders can keep working at it because they would have, if they are smart, blown out at least enough shares at $3.00 to pay off the mortgage, etc... The big money in these companies is made on the stock options....not the salaries.
