Gottfried,

That tells me there is something seriously wrong with analysts.

My guess is that 99+% of them lack sufficient information to make an accurate assessment. The only reason I pay any attention to analysts' recommendations, is that I figure others do.

Think about it. If our CIA, with all its resources, can't even forecast that India is about to blow 5 nukes, what chance does an analyst have of forecasting what a particular company might do? About zero, I would think.
