I have been following VTSS for a year, I think that they were
somewhat overextended in the 14 range. A price in the 10-11
range is reasonable value based on their expected earnings
over the next year. The big question is how soon can we
expect to see surprises? Assuming that Fibre Channel technology
use expands in the disk drive market as fast as some people
are projecting, this company is selling at a significant
discount to potential future earnings.

I also noted that they are in the process of hiring a number of
production workers to help with the demand.
