Hi Eric, something suggests to me that you may not see a new full time CFO until after the lawsuit. I believe it's likely they will have to restate earnings.

Although the Novell picture does look a little brighter than it has for a while, we're heading into earnings warning season. Could cause some tech sell offs initially...hell, could cause the whole market to sell off. I think the stock may see a trading range of 9 3/4 to maybe 11 3/4 till just before Q3 earnings. If I get back in, I'll probably do it the end of August...just before any earnings run up, or if we see any significant downside from the lawsuit. I think folks may be under estimating the short term impact of this. Anyone have any idea where this stands?
