Buyback- greg?

Hey Greg, I used to be dead set against a buyback. My thoughts were that Noam could better use the money for competitive advantage or to buy a little company to bolster a tactical need.

I have recently learned that companies often announce a buyback to signal that their share price is undervalued, and golly, somehow never get around to actually buying those shares. But they are authorized to do so, so you never know for sure if they will or not.

Recently, I am of the opinion that several additional board members might be able to help the MRVC management. As better expressed by others, board members who are Wallstreet insiders and old-timers, who could advise how to present MRVC in the language that the NY money guys are comfortable and familiar with.

As it stands, I see the downside as limited compared to the potential. In a sense, this is a good play on European infrastructure. My neighbor is a professor of international finance, and is quite encouraged by fast progress by the EC and the effect that will have on European Trade. Competition between European countries will be escalated.

If I wanted to compete, I would be damn sure my WAN was up to snuff.
