<< I have 10 times the knowledge of CDRD than you, have spoken to management several times and read every filing they ever made with the SEC, and as you can see have followed their progress since early last year. >>

I still stand by my statement based on past experience. But I do admit you seem to have a much better grasp of CDRD than AMZN.
With AMZN, there were at least three specific incidents when you really put your foot in your mouth:
(1) When you posted several paragraphs from an SEC filing claiming that these were 'new statements from AMZN', when in fact they were in the prospectus one year earlier, with the same exact wording. If you read all company literature, how did you miss this one?
I'll name the two other examples if you want them.
With CDRD, however, you raise some good points. Most are scare tactics, except for your note about the 'ground based repeaters'. Yes, this bothers me also. This one thing will be the make-or- break in my mind. Without these, CD-Radio will be useless. However, if these get approval, the stock will skyrocket. I'm keeping my holdings small in this stock until this milestone occurs.
About the money... Yes, they need money. So what. Money is cheap these days. Credit lines, private placements, stocks, bonds, doesn't matter. This is by far the least of my worries.
I still think shorting concept stocks are dangerous. There are so many good shorts out there, why this stock?
Good luck to you! I'm glad to hear you make a living doing this. Sounds like fun. Enjoy it!
