Obelix I also took a beating,like most on this site. I wonder what kind of costs we would be looking at for a lawyer who knows how to proceed with this. I read a bit about other cases similiar to this without the long list of names, and it seems the lawyer wins and we as shareholders will receive very little. Anyone out there who would like to interpret a news release for me? Go to my posting at Pan American Resources Inc. and kindly explain to me a way around this excluded jurisdiction clause and what is this Equity Transfer Services Inc? Why would a company with not much in the way of cash and properties with excellent potential, pull this kind of crap? Any help out there will be appreciated Thanks and good luck Art Clements
