History: HP got its name in very lousy position by using K5 since K5 was already obsolete.

Speculation: HP starts to use K6 which is soon obsolete by K6-2.

Conclusion: History tends to repeat itself. If HP does use K6, this company is going to lose more market shares to Dell.

Question: Why is HP fantasizing about AMD selling K6 below cost, so HP can make money? Perhaps, AMD has already been doing that to all its customers. HP just wants to jump on the wagon and enjoy the ride.
