I think I read that the FTC action against Intel has to do with the Pentium II slot. Intel is trying to wiggle out of an action now by selling licenses for it before the action takes place.

As an aside, I see where there are over 20,000 open interests in July 75 puts. It might be a good idea to stick a couple in your pocket before the next earnings announcement and while the stock price is so close to the money.)
