All, The more I think about it, the angrier I get. Where the hell is the 10-K and 10-Q? I mean WHERE THE HELL IS THE 10-K AND 10-Q? Who the hell is responsible for it being over a month late? The same damned people who just fired Joe Lanza, that's who. And what is management trying to hide? Maybe that the value of this company is a lot greater than we are led to believe. Why is Joe Vigliarolo hell bent on dumping Select Switch, as it seems he is? And at the same time, why is Dennis Casey so anxious to buy it? Something stinks something awful. Joe Lanza may have made an enemy or two over the years, but it seems to me that RIGHT NOW it's Mr. Vigliarolo who has the explaining to do. He should do it real soon. TJS
