Brett -- Thanks for the Dell'Oro phone number. I'll try to call on Tuesday. I saw heavy block trading in Bay late in the day today. Do you think the rumor that Nortel is planning to announce their acquisition of Bay at Supercom has any validity? Whether the Bay rumor has validity, I couldn't say. I did ask one of Ascend's VP's about consolidation in the networking/telecommunications area and the possibility of mergers and he said something to the effect it was spring, lots could happen, and considering the recent bank mergers anything was possible. Was he referring to Ascend or to the networking market in general? Hard to say, though I'd guess he meant it generally in which case a Bay announcement is certainly within the realm of possibility. Incidentally, Bay and NN were the only two networkers to go up today. If my memory serves me correctly, NN doesn't usually buck the trend on a down day like today. Later -- Pat
