Jim, No problem. If I can be any more help let me know, but please realise that I am not party to all within the company but if I can share my thoughts then only too happy. Also, if I go absent it is because I am travelling or something. -I am not now or ever have been a Director of SVV. The website gave me a "title" to put a label to my involvement, rather than saying "an interested party", for example. -I did/do not qualify for those incentives. I could not tell you the excercise price or status of these stock options. -You are correct in your assumption on the 3 year convertible. Thanks for your interest. Somebody is looking at SVV - 25,000 traded friday!
