The two issues regarding the delta between the 48 million and the 70 million are the point you made about the collateral for the $12MM LOC and then there's the collateral put up to cover the $3.5 million owing to the IRS.

That would make sense, except not long ago we were talking about the 12MM line of credit being used for the payment to the IRS for Myriad. Those share issuances were to explain the increase in shares TO the 48MM share level.

Now, are we now hearing that the LOC is explaining the increase FROM 48 mm TO 70 mm shares?

I can accept the LOC of $12MM representing 24MM share+/- issuance. But where did that $12MM go and also what were the other 20MM shares or so used for.

Perhaps we need to step back to 1997, look at the share count on 12/31/97 and have management identify the increase in shares from that date to the current. The "average" shares in '97 was 20mm, but how many were out on 12/31/97? 25mm? 30MM? Who knows?

So, when the '97 audited financials are finally released, it will give us a start point...but we will still not know what the share issuance in the first five months of '98 has gone to.

These issues need to be addressed.
