If anybody is serious about dropping the hammer on this situation, lets make ourselves heard.
I am going to see if I can find out if the individual State Attorney General offices can be of any help as well.
If Mr. Arnold wants to deign our access to the corporate recorders, ignore our call for a proxy vote, ignore legal consul's request for information, ignore our complaints to the SEC, I would suggest it is time we really pull together and see what legal remedies we have at our disposal. If there were any wrong doings enacted against the shareholders what legal rights do we have to go after the CEO and the Board of Directors.
I have posed these questions to various legal consul and will continue to explore what our rights are and what actions we can take to stop this dilution of our equity.
