All,

On a different subject entirely, guess what I just saw? An advert for a Casio 'Handheld PC' running Windows CE for $599!!! It must be Intel-based, but it didn't say what the chip was (I suppose it could be Cyrix or AMD...)

Has anyone out there actually seen it? I haven't had time to run to the store and have a look. According to the advert it has 4MB RAM and runs cut down versions of Word, Excel, Exchange Client, Internet Explorer and interfaces to a PC running Win95.

Thoughts anyone? Perhaps Intel/MSFT will announce at Comdex? Anyway, they seem to be ready for the Christmas season...

Richard
