I probably shouldn't do this, because it will jeopardize my own entry of ONTC...But here are a few of the things I look at..I have to get to work after this... 1. Fast stochastic 8 day, watch for move below 20, then when it begins to move up above 20, buy the stock.. 2. Relative Strength...Study peaks and valleys from past...Is the stock making a lower low on the RS indicator on this descent than the last time it was at 4.00...If the RS valley is not as low, shows there is not as much strength to want to go lower, so the stock should reverse itself.. 3. Use other oscillators like the Ultimate...Look for divergence with price...In other words, the oscillator is up while price is down..That is a bullish divergence...If oscillator is down and price is up..That is bearish.. 4.Low volume into support area... 5.Look at where move began...Take the closing price...In the case of ONTC, we have 3.75 on 5/15/98..... Draw your observations together...The pros(if they are not reading this thread) will probably try to do an intraday quick dip below 4.00 on this stock...That effort will be met by buying by people like myself, so it won't be long under 4.00, for as the buying volume increases others will jump on board and the stock should move back to our 4.50 area once again.... I will be gone now until Sunday night or early Monday morning... Take care....Mark P.S. Any comments on these stocks appreciated.. ITSY,ITEC,RACO,SCON.....
