John, The reason I think Intellisource is out of the immediate future is because at the annual meeting Don Caldwell On Intellisource said "and we're very happy about how the company's coming together. They have a few more things to do yet. Remember a company is private and in out private portfolio for a reason." Have a nice extended weekend everyone. I am off to a bridge tournament in Champaign, Illinois. bob
