Here's my speculation ... and that's all it is ... about the release of the financials....

The quarter ended April 30th. Computation of financials may take as much as six weeks. Hence I would guess mid-June.

When they *are* ready for release, they will be FAXed out to those who have requested them from the company. I'm sure that whoever gets them first will publish them here ASAP.

Will the quarter be profitable? All indicators are that it will be *slightly* profitable. Questions of various members of management and of the IR staff, asked in various ways, lead me to believe that they would be comfortable with an estimate of somewhere around a penny for the quarter.

And at a current price of around 54 cents, that would produce a P/E of 13.5, which isn't too bad.

And I reckon that earnings will climb in following quarters.

I am long in TSIS.

FWIW, JSb.
