Dear Mr. Jason Anders:

I read your 5/21 story regarding ProNetLink, and it made even me- one of ProNetLink's most ardent supporters- have doubts.

Based on your article, I went back and retraced all my bases. One could easily deduce from your article that ProNetLink and it's founder weren't viable. However, I had already done a tremendous amount of background that suggested otherwise including talking to large, medium, and small businesses to see if they would use such a service. Most were intrigued and said they'd look into it further. I contributed such a conversation I had with an executive from Amp (NYSE) to the thread.

But still your conversation did momentarily make me rethink my own analysis. I therefore spoke again with ProNet Link and Mr. Glenn Zagoren. After these conversations, I again was more secure in my most "risky" venture to date. I am in the process of recording these conversations. I have copied below what I have recounted so far.

I also wrote one from the "gut" which is also noted below...
Based on my reinvestigation, I now have some questions for you.

1). Are you skeptical of the idea of ProNetLink because ProNetLink is providing a service that hitherto hasn't been provided which goes against the way trade has been "traditionally" done with freight forwarders, et cetera?

2). Were you trying to suggest by noting one "lecture", that Jean Pierre Collardeau is a fraud without any of the experience he claims?

3). Were you trying to imply that other founders of companies also haven't profited tremendously from the companies they have started?

How much did Bill Gates and Mike Dell pay for their shares in their companies?

4). Were you trying to imply that other established companies also don't pay for "some exposure".

5). Did you and Mr. Zagoren just not get along with one another?

6). Are you just a very skeptical person in general?

7). What are the nature of your biases?

Please don't take these questions the wrong way. But your analysis whether correct or incorrect does effect the valuation of the company, and therefore hurts small investors who frankly don't know what to believe.

Therefore, I please ask you to read my information below. If you provide me a phone number, I'll also call you.
