Ralph,

RE: "What does Veronex have to do with the scandals associated with Venture 2000?"

Veronex has announced a "strategic alliance agreement" with Venture Tech 2000. They seem to be the ONLY such partner, as far as I recall. If you are aware of any others, please let us know. So such a "scandal", as you put it, effectively closes down the only known re-seller of the I|Nova system, and casts some doubt on the credibility and integrity of Veronex's management.

Now, it is possible that VT 2000 mis-represented themselves to Veronex, and that Veronex has been wronged here, like the small investors who appear to have been defrauded. I really don't know, and will keep an open mind on this.

But let me quote from the latest "research" available on Veronex's web site:

"The company's marketing strategy is to license the I|Nova System to strategic partners who bring added value. Veronex's criteria for its strategic partners includes:

- Companies that are currently providing Year 2000 services;
- Are financially viable and capable;
- Have national and/or international operations;
- Have in excess of 250 employees;
- Have a proven track record of value-added reselling;
- Have an established base of clients."

It seems to me that Venture Tech 2000 now meets none of these criteria, and met very few even before this "scandal".

Until Veronex announces partnerships with companies that meet their own criteria, and can demonstrate actual revenues through such channels, I think VXTK is a very risky investment.
