In addition: the first article from the L.A. Times--the one about the intial investigation of VentureTech200--was posted here. Dave was asked what he knew about it. He said he knew nothing. But apparently he considered the whole issue merely an annoyance. It would seem he didn't bother to check it out, or I'm sure he'd have dissociated himself and his company from VentureTech very quickly and very publicly.
