Tom , The first minute free sound good but how about this ? Just look at this as a consumer not knowing anything about technology. Primeco offers a phone for 199.00 and the first minute of an incoming call is free in Houston. Cellular One in Chicago says donate 25.00 to Ronald MacDonald house and get a Motorola Flip phone free and three months free for local calls. The competition in Chicago is fierce. I could't beleive Primeco didn't have any ads in the Chicago Sunday Tribune and Radio Shack 8 page flyer only showed a Nokia phone.
