jd2 I sold out on Nov 7th soon after reading... sec.gov This in particular "irked" me... The Commission filed on November 7 a complaint and applications for a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction and other emergency relief against... Systems Of Excellence amongst others. Before this announcement i was naive enough to beleive that somehow only the "bad people' like Charles Hukfoe would "go down" and not the company. I think it was around 3:00 on Nov 7th that Blloomberg alerted me that there was "news" on SEXI. I read it couldn't beleive my eyes... went to S.I nobody posted anything...still couldn't beleive my eyes did an SEC websight search...and as far as i'm concerned the sht hit the fan right there an then...I posted my finding on S.I....after I mustered all thecourage I could I sold before the close at 7/16 with a cost avg of 1.80 :-( . I probably wouldn't have sold if the market reacted right away to the news...but I was ahead of the market (woopee i sold out at a whopping loss). The sht didn't hit the fan until the next day ....something like a 1,500,000 + shares traded if i remember correctly... -Brian
