I do not believe that a distribution of the GE money as stock to presnt holders is a positive move for FONAR. It is certainly nice (short term) for the investors, but a more positive move for FONAR (and thus a long term advantage to his investors) would had been a market buyback of stock. Not only would the decrease in shares on the street increase e/s but would also raise the price by creating a buying momemtum. We might have even gotten onto NASDAQ and finally be noticed.

Anyone else share that view?

Joe.
