Yes, it is. However, if MU comes to the conclusion they must sell part or all of their holdings in MUEI in order to survive, it will be done. If they do sell, that makes more MUEI stock available. Given the laws of supply and demand, the price should then go down unless demand increases to match the increased supply of stock.

I think it's all but a certainty at this point as MU is going to have a difficult time borrowing any more money. Much of the cash MU reports in their financial statements actually belongs to MUEI and they've had negative cash flow for quite some time, despite their reported profits.
