In order to get the dividend you must be SOR (Shareholder of Record) at the close of May 29, 1998. Settlement period for purchases is T+3 days, although if you bought on the 29th maybe you could demand that it settle on that day (provided you have the cash). Normally you have 3 days to get cash into your account after a purchase. Kurt
