To keep DISINFORMATION from being carelessly thrown about, this stock is the result of a class action suit against Fonar by one of it's shareholders.

The cash dividend the common and preferred are getting on Tuesday is a SMALL % of the settlements from Hitachi, Philips, Siemens, and GE. THAT was set up by Fonar back in '95 and increased slightly by the class action lawsuit. Gee, it's really hard for newcomers to understand what went on years ago. I'm just trying to help clarify it in your mind Joe. How long have you followed the stock?

BTW, I think you're right about some things. I'll just stop at that. ;-)
