I believe they would like him to turn in his passport. I have seen nothing to suggest they have had direct contact with him OR his passport, which may, as we speak be still wet with visa stamps. The SEC has to go to another government arm for the muscle, right? While this board is relatively quiet, the AOL board is chock full of grumpy types, and Monday morning quarterbacks calling the SOE investors very nasty names indeed. I noticed a few of this board's regular (recent past) posters quite active. Nice to see former posters back, we'll need help with the Thanksgiving decorations, and MY favorite game, "pin the tail on the Huttoe" Bill Kidston
