brian, i saw the same thing and expected it from the beginning. it doesn't alarm me, though. why? because the govt needs to exert control over everything (company included) to protect shareholders unil this is resolved. if you thought that was scary, just wait until the $100 million lawsuits start pooring in - lawsuits we can't win. somebody said huttoe gets sued and the company isn't liable. ha, ha. i've lost my rear end and still find this funny. no, the ceo allegedly lies for months on end, to a plethora of people, to boost the price up and the company won't get sued... right... the fact is EVERYBODY AND THEIR UNCLE WILL GET SUED (IN THIS CASE, MOTHER, NIECE, DAUGHTER, ETC...). i was hoping for some good news prior to the lawsuits. at $0.25 i'll take the risk. if it gets back to $3/8 i might sell...
