Why on earth would the heirs want SUF stock?
The deal with the heirs is with De Beers and not SUF.
SUF are hoping for a miracle that the Section 24 goes their way and in that remote possibility then SUF will pay the heirs the R75 million.

Ask yourself the following questions cruncher:
Why didn't SUF just negotiate with the heirs in January?
Why did they risk everything by not submitting an offer for the rights?
Why did SUF back out in court? (no deal was done with the heirs)
Who has lost the most out of this sorry mess?
What has happened to the share price of SUF?
Why are SUF dealing with De Beers if they are the villains?
Who actually have been the winners in the end?
